Les Gould (AREINZ) – Managing Director:
Les brings a wealth of experience in Real Estate, accounting and management.
He is the one to contact if you have any major concerns, or need advice on matters such as investment, taxation, depreciation etc.
Tony Gnida – General Manager:
Tony is in charge of the day-to-day running of the business, maintenance and storage.
Tony is available for advice on all major maintenance problems and has years of practical experience behind him.
The Rent Centre Admin Team take care of the following departments:

Our front office staff are the first point of contact for new tenants, carrying out viewing of properties, and together with other staff members, processing tenancy applications.
Rent and Accounts
If a tenant misses a rental payment they will be contacted by our credit management staff who are able to solve minor issues through to Tribunal Hearings, in a calm, firm, and professional manner.
