Tenant Selection
Our experience in matching tenants to properties
is one of the areas that gives our landlords greatest satisfaction.
At all times we prefer to select our tenants from more than
one applicant.
Because this can be time consuming and difficult
to handle on your own and with many unforseen pitfalls, landlords
prefer to have their tenant selection handled professionally
by a third party.
All our applicants must provide satisfactory
identification and testimonials, and sign a privacy release
clause so that we can complete the necessary TICA (Tenancy
Information Centre Australasia)and credit checks (Baycorp).
Property Inspections
All properties are compiled into a computerised
register that ensures every property receives its regular
inspection as scheduled, tailored as per your instructions.
Initial, final and tenant check inspections
are done free of charge and the scheduled property inspections
are $30.00
Maintenance and Repairs
A repair noted by a tenant, or during our
property inspection is referred to our Maintenance Manager,
who checks your instructions for repairs.
We have negotiated favourable rates from
local electricians, plumbers, carpet or curtain suppliers,
painting contractors and carpet cleaners. In addition, we
employ our own maintenance staff for general repairs, right
through to full redecoratiions. In addition to being cost
effective, we know what type of repair is best for a rental
property.
