| To make an application to become a
tenant of the Rent Centre, you will need to complete the Application
Form and provide two written references. Your
application, along with others will be considered for a property
you have expressed interest in. We will complete background
checks, including credit and Tenancy Information checks and
advise whether or not you have been successful. Should you
be declined, no specific reasons will be given.
To rent a property requires 3 week’s
bond, and the 1st week or two rent depending on the payment
period, and a one week + GST letting fee.
Your bond is lodged with the Tenancy Services
and is released following our final inspection.
