To make an application to become a tenant of the Rent Centre, you will need to complete the Application Form, and provide two written references, from landlords or employers.

Your application, along with others, will be considered for a property you have expressed interest in. We will complete background checks, including credit and tenancy information checks, and advise whether or not you have been successful. Should you be declined, no specific reasons will be given.

To rent a property requires four weeks bond, the 1st weeks rent, and a one week + GST letting fee. Click on the "Calculator" button on the left to work out your total financial commitment.

Your bond is lodged with Tenancy Services and is released following our final inspection, if everything is fine.
